Off for the night!

Well the Henry's are turkey out! What a blessing to eat so much turkey!

Josh's attitude is up and he is cheering on and looking forward to Tuesday. His positive thinking just shines through his trust in the Lord, oh to have the faith of children. He is truly our bright spot.

Bruce had his melt down and is doing better - I have cried from some of the wonderful posts you have sent in, but I am good. We are all heading to bed earlier tonight which will be good. Bruce and I will stay with Josh tonight and then tomorrow I will go to the house and stay with Sarah - she is needing attention!

Besides that I have the turkey hangovers and am ready for some sleep. We have had a great day today! Sarah sang God is an Awesome God tonight for Josh and what a blessing!

See you in the morning!

Hang in there, everyone, you're doing great! This must be hard for all of you. I can't wait to hear that surgery is completed and you're all fixed up.

You're sure lucky to be in such a good hospital. When Isaac had his kidney removed almost exactly one year ago, we were at Minneapolis Children's Hospital. It was as good an experience you can have at a hospital, but it wasn't always easy. It was very emotional, that's for sure.

You are all a blessing to each other. This, together with God's guidance, is all you need.

We are praying for you all, especially Joshua.

Hi Lori, and all!
Been praying for Josh's healing, now praying for God to guide the hands and the minds of the surgeons. Lori, praying for strength and comfort for all four of you.
Josh, hang in there and keep the faith. Fred will be no more soon!

Hello Henry's,
Snowy, wintry weather here in LaPine, but continued prayers. Am also prayer for clarity and steadiness for the surgical team. God will direct their hands. God is bigger than the Boogie man, or Fred in this case. Let us know if you need anything. I am just looking for a reason to come up!

Hi Guys, It sure is wonderful all the support these big hospitals have for the family and patients. St Charles has pratically nothing for peds patients. So PTL for where you are. It has been our experiance that things quite down ALOT over the weekend so get some things lined out to pass the time like arts and craft stuff, music RX, movies from a vidio store, or permission for Josh to go somewhere if he can.
We picked up Anna on Monday near LA. It is wonderful to have her back. She is doing alot of sleeping. I'm sure shel'll send a card to Josh soon.
It is great you have time for the doctors to get everthing lined out. Monday will be hectic but remember every test will help things go smoothly on Tuesday.
I have you on our church prayer chain. This blog thig is great, I wish I had knowen about it. It helps alot to have contact with friends and families.

PTL for the ministry of God using doctors and nurses to do His biding.
Pat

P.S. I have a Home Ec degree but no teaching degree if that would help at school. I am a qulified sub for the district.

Good Monday Morning to you Josh and the whole Henry family,
Pastor Richard and Dick Fritts left this morning heading your way! Wish I was with them:( But I will be here praying for you.

It snowed some here, but not much. It is pretty outside though.

With lots of love, Denese Lighthill
